Public insults against Germans

One who publicly maintained under an ideological cover in relation to the historical events known as Genocide, Holocaust and Shoah the claim that the Germans killed the Jews;

Whoever publicly propagates the idea of the immanent and timeless guilt of the German people in the aforementioned events;

Shall be punished by deprivation of liberty for a maximum of three years or by a pecuniary penalty.

What is the purpose of this petition?

Its purpose is to make the population aware of the permanent accusations made against the Germans, who are said to be a murderous people.

This petition - if successful - would be followed by a federal popular initiative which would aim to make public insults against Germans reprehensible in the same terms.

Is this antisemitic?

No. It is pro-German. And pro-Swiss because three-quarters of the population are German-speaking.

I am not German or German-speaking. Not even Swiss. Can I sign?

Yes, you can.

Who are the circles behind this initiative?

This petition is on the initiative of the Swiss and European National Front for the Defence of Race and Culture (FNSEDRC), a French-speaking nationalist movement created in 2019 by the Genevan Alexandre Bender.

It is supported by various nationalist movements in the French-speaking world.

An inspection visit to the Auschwitz concentration camp was made on September 29, 1944 by the Swiss physician  Maurice Rossel  and other delegates of the International Committee of the Red Cross. In its report on this visit, the ICRC delegation stated that it had  found no confirmation of rumors of human gassing , and that the prisoners interviewed did not speak of it (see Documents relating to the work of the International Committee of the Red Cross on behalf of civilian prisoners in German concentration camps between 1939 and 1945 [Geneva: ICRC, 1975], pp. 76-77. :      Les camps de la mort «nazis» soviétiques : Auschwitz, Treblinka, Belzec, Chelmno, Sobibór, Majdanek.   Auschwitz L’embarras des libérateurs soviétiques Les Soviétiques occupèrent Auschwitz le 27 janvier 1945. Ce qu’ils découvrirent était tellement contraire à ce que colportait la propagande qu’on peut dire qu’ils en restèrent bouche bée. Par son organisation même et par ses installations sanitaires, tellement modernes aux yeux des Soviétiques, ce camp était tout le contraire d’un « camp d’extermination ». Aussi, pendant plusieurs jours, la  Pravda  resta-t-elle silencieuse et, sur le moment, aucune commission d’enquête alliée ne fut invitée à venir constater sur place la vérité d’Auschwitz. Enfin, le 1 er  février, la  Pravda  sortit de son silence.
